We ask that you report to Customer Service the receipt of a damaged product within 48 hours of delivery and do not discard the damaged item and its packaging. If you fail to report damages in this time frame, we won't be able to file a claim with the carrier which means we can't accept responsibility for the damages.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

At Indian Barn Store, we are committed to our customer satisfaction. However, if you’re not 100% happy with your choice, let us know. For most products on our website, if you don't like it, you may return it within 15 days for a refund (in new, uninstalled condition and original packaging).
All returns (which should be perfectly intact and accompanied by the original packaging) must be authorized by the Customer Service. The product must be returned in its original packaging. The product must not have been used, or have suffered even the minimal damage and it must be in a state of perfect cleanliness.
The cost of the return shipping will be deducted from the credit amount. In other words, you are responsible for the return shipping cost of any item you return. Any expedited shipping charges you paid on the original order are non-refundable.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Due to the handwoven nature of our products, there may be slight variations in shades of colour and quirky imperfections in the weave of the textile. We like to think that these variations are something to be celebrated and add to the beauty of owning a handmade or vintage item. We work to ensure that any imperfection or inconsistency never compromises the integrity of the item and that it only adds character we think our customers will enjoy.
Please note that our items are all sustainably dyed and woven in small batches. As a part of our ethics and sustainability platform, we choose to create our pieces in limited-run batches to guarantee that nothing is ever over-produced and ensuring the highest quality product every time. This may result in the colour of each batch to be slightly different from another. Our artisans work diligently to consistently match the coloration of the original design but due to the natural dying process, colours may not be an exact match. We consider this to be a beautiful reflection of our artisan process and traditional weaving techniques.
We cannot accept returns of:
- Products that have been clearly identified as non-returnable on the Product Details Page
- Products that have been installed or assembled
- Products that are not in the original condition and packaging
- Products with unwrapped crystals
- Products such as Bedding, Blankets, Quilts or other linens that have been opened (even if washed).
- Products that are Made-to-Order, Custom or Special Order to your specifications
- Large quantities of the same product (6 or more)
- Open-Box items or Clearance merchandise
