Handmade quilts, blankets and throws are beautiful addition to your home. They are delicate and require proper care to keep them in good shape. For any handmade quilt, blankets and throws less washing is best to prevent fading.
Washing: When you decide to clean them, It is highly recommended to do a Hand-washing as the preferred method for cleaning quilts. But, If you decide to machine-wash, use cold water, a gentle detergent, and the shortest delicate cycle. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low and remove immediately. Iron on cotton setting if required.
Drying: Air hang dry is the recommended to do dry the hand made quilts, blankets and throws. While it's not advised, if you decide to use a clothes dryer, select the permanent press cycle, which is medium heat, and remove the quilt while still slightly damp. Place it flat, or drape it over an indoor drying rack to finish drying.
Dry Cleaning: Please do not use any chemical or oxygen bleach on silk, wool and vintage textiles.
Loose ends: If you see any loose ends, do not pull them out. Make sure to trim them with a scissor.
Embracing Imperfections: This product is handstitched and may have small irregularities. Minor imperfections and uneven stitching are not considered defects and reflect the authenticity and uniqueness of the craft.
Color Variance: Please note that actual product color may vary from the photograph, whilst reasonable care is taken during the manufacturing process, some colors may vary from batch to batch. The stability and permanence of dyes cannot be guaranteed, and all block printed fabrics are affected by direct light and will fade and change color over time due to the nature of the natural dyes used.
